Account Registration & Verification

- Notification of changes: If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number or email address — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may affect your ability to receive verification codes and support communications.
Identity Verification (KYC)
gk 444 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identities before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold. This process may require you to submit a scanned copy or clear photograph of your National ID card (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, and confirmation that the mobile financial account used for deposits or withdrawals is registered in your name. KYC verification is a standard industry practice designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Single Account Policy

- Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the time period specified for each promotion will expire and be removed from the account balance without compensation.
- Maximum bet with active bonus: While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Placing bets above this limit may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited.

User Obligations

Voluntary Account Closure

Self-Exclusion

Termination by gk 444
gk 444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of termination due to breach, gk 444 is not obliged to return any balance held in the account.
Inactive Accounts
An account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. gk 444 reserves the right to deduct an inactivity administration fee from the balance of inactive accounts, as detailed in the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied. Logging in to your account at any time resets the inactivity period.
